Started in January 2015, this PDS project of 24 Apartment units is split in 4 Blocks of 6 Units in a Ground + 2 configuration. Semi basement constructed under 2 of the Blocks provided parking facilities. The 8 penthouses on the Second Floors had individual RC structure swimming pools.

Major refurbishment to the Main Restaurant, Reception, Gate Post, Beach Restaurant and 83 Rooms amongst other works. Was our first Hotel refurbishment for a then 3yr old Company and we completed the works on time and to the satisfaction of the Client and Consultant Team.
